Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day appointments are available for an additional $20 fee. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a reminder 24 hours before the session. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations without prior notice will result in full payment forfeiture. In the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please reach out to discuss options. Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. You will be notified as soon as a spot becomes available. Waitlist appointments will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no charge to join the waitlist.
